RESTAURANT POP-UP

BODEGA

Created front-to-back event production for a private, guerilla-style pop-up restaurant, ‘Bodega’, with Bravo ‘Top Chef’ contestant and judge, New York-based chef, Dale Talde, based on his Top Chef ‘Restaurant Wars’ winning concept. Hosted the pop-up in my private East Village warehouse, transforming storage for my sneaker stores and apparel brand into a kitchen for 5 cooks and a restaurant and bar for over 60 ticket-holder guests. Hand-screen printed t-shirts and menus in the warehouse as gifts for diners.

This event was featured in the book ‘Delicate: New Food Culture’ published by Gestalten.
